Just on Hazelton ... Did Oppositions figure out how to isolate and Tackle him ? Did he get cooked by having to play at level not used to for young fellow ? Will he recover and ever be the destructive x bomb he once was ? Will he be a force in Finals ? Did his Girlfriend Dump him ?
Apart from kickoffs he runs diagonally. Easy meat for defences. He had some success with it early but teams have worked him out. He might be better off just storming the citadel like the others do when they are performing at their best.

Tom seems to make a lot more tackles than the other props for the time he's on the park. He seems to mop up a few half breaks and the odd kick as well.

I’d like Hazelton to get an NFL running coach in the offseason so he can learn how to get the most out of his size

Th
Galvin would be nice and a good starting point, but unrealistic to get a deal done.

They
West Tigers have a very rich nursery out there. I'd be going for 2 or 3 of their best 17 year olds for Hunt.

That's the advantage of being a development club. We have others ready to take the place of those leaving and can replenish our lower grade stocks so that these 17 year olds are ready to go in 4 or 5 years when the next desperate club is chasing one of our 28 or 29 year old experienced player.

The young Newcastle prop, the Canterbury centre, etc that we got in previous swap deals will hopefully be coming through in the next few years having learnt the system, honed their craft in the lower grades and be ready to go straight away when they hit 1st grade, just like Iro was.

Its a good strategy.

We also have the added benefit of kids from places like that are much hungrier than kids who grew up in the Shire.
That's where I am coming from we start at Galvin, that will know we mean business, and they want next year.
The Da'Silva option would be straight up if we can't keep Healey.
After that 2 of there top juniors, they are coming to us, they want something so let's bend them over first

A trade for Royce might be unrealistic. We might need his money for next year to re-sign Jack Williams.

Royce has at times this year been in good form but at other times has been bog average. He started the year starting in the front row and had some very poor games.

Consistency has always been his issue and if he doesn't have it at 29 I don't think he's worth throwing the bank at. That being said he has only played 70 games so he probably has time on his side.

Two many big guys, slowing us down. Look at Storm and Panthers, size is good but weight limits time on the Feild. Toby is on the right path.

I don't know what path the lazy shit was on last week when the Dargons scored after the hail mary inside pass when Will tackled the winger. Tobes was standing Statue of Liberty style looking over at the corner.

Would definitely have kept him over Toby but anyway we move on

Sorry to see him go, but I'm happy for him he's got a chance to prove himself as a pack leader.
Hopefully Benji can unleash the beast for longer stints than the pillock.
