I'm hearing Carney to the Panthers is a done deal.
After Soward it looks like they're balancing that out with some actual talent in their halves for 2014.
Also seeing as these would both be long term moves, it is interesting that for all their talk about developing juniors they don't see a single up and coming halves player in the entire Penrith district.

They are a JOKE!!!
Can't believe they granted Harry Seijka a release to the Warriors :?. Seijka shits all over Luke Walsh and has loads of potential. Go figure

Rumour surfacing that Sam Williams had asked for a release from Canberra to go to Penrith.

Kingston will not be resigned by Panthers and they are shopping him around. Walsh might be gone by June 30th. Big changes at Penrith Panthers, potentially landing both Carney and Williams to go with Soward...

"Things change" is the standard escape clause for his scoops that go astray

Gotta love the 'I'm hearing' comment these days, should be 'I'm reading on (insert social media platform) that...'

However based on the difference between the two offers is true, if he stays I will be very surprised

Ironically it is offloading the likes of Lewis and Gordon to the Sharks that has enabled Penrith to outbid them for Carney.

An immediate release ?

Rumours are growing strong that we are very close to signing carney.

I can't imagine Soward , Williams and carney all fitting in.
Sam could be manufactured into a hooker.

if it happens, Williams as a bench utility behind Segeyaro maybe, but still think Todd Carney will stay at Cronulla

I think Carney will, and should, stay loyal too Cronulla. They really have supported him well. Got him back on track.
