I'd take him in a heartbeat. Would be very effective with Pritchard. He has great defence and better service from dummyhalf than Keating. Just turned 30. He still has another 2 years minimum in him.

Blair can play, there is no doubt about that, but it looks as though he dosen't give a f**k.

I'd still be worried he wouldn't fire with us. I wouldn't be surprised if Storm got him back cheap.

He would still probably improve our backrow though.

I tend to agree.

I guess it comes down to how confident Sticky would be that he could help return him to his best form. If he did, then he may be worth paying full price when the time comes.

Even allowing for the fact that he is no longer playing with the big 3 he still looks like a shadow of the player he was.

I never really got the fuss with Blair. Poor work rate when he plays prop, and while he's strong as a wide running back rower there's always been times he holds back in getting involved. He was able to that at Melbourne as the work rate is evenly spread but you'd expect paying 500k like the Tigers are.
