back to the topic of leadership and buying a leader ..... I don't think buying a single strong senior leader will help .... the reason the canterbury 4 changed us is very much due to there being 4 of them

I reckon just bringing in a single player is likely to fail cos they just get caught in the existing shit and being towards th end of their careers let things slip anyway and don't have the impact desired

I think you'd need to bring in at least 2, probably 3 leaders to try and turn anything around quickly
