A draft system needs to be incorporated into the salary cap to even up the field a bit more. Secondly, sides like Parra or Penrith should be compensated when you look at all the juniors being poached from these junior leagues.

The minute the NRL tries to introduce a cap on 3rd party, players will sue the NRL issuing which other code or workforce in this modern age has restrictions on what athletes/CEO's should and could earn.
