Is this kid a chance for first grade this year?? If he is it is a good signing because let's face it our wing depth is pretty gash. But I suppose we could always put him in the 2nd row if needed.

I really hope Santi ends up being as good as I think he can be...this year.

I think you're going to have to give him longer than this year, I spoke to someone at the club about him I detail and they believe that 2015 is the year he'll likely to show some improvement..

Absolutely. The guy has never played first grade. It's a bit much to expect a 20 year old to come in play at NRL standard on a week-to-week basis. It happens, but it's rare, even for the kids that are physically superior (size, speed). And this one isn't.

Fair enough Staggs, but I just get the feeling that he is not that far off.

I have a mate who played with the tigers this yr n I was speaking with him last week n I asked him about Brendan santi and he said he cant believe the tigers let him go.He said he is a mix between a dallas Johnson n a young Nathan hindmarsh.will be a great buy and is a work horse.
