Ben Hunt dropped any future contract at the Broncs in their GF loss.
That's an excruciating memory that Bennett will never overcome.
Unbeaten in Grand Finals throughout his career and then ......
Did the Broncos really want to keep Hunt?
I say no.
If he had have caught that kick off and the Broncos marched down the other end and kicked a field goal, he would have been a Bronco for life.
Brodie Croft is contracted to the Storm for several more years. With Cronk gone there is no chance the Storm will let him leaveAdd Cameron Cullen, Kane Elgey and Brodie Croft to the list of halves Wests Tigers are talking to.
Cleary not too keen on on some of the names that have been tossed up already apparently.
Josh Dugan is plan B for the Roosters if they miss out on James Tedesco according to reports.
James Tedesco is getting a competitive offer from Tigers, and if he leaves it's he hardly can say the position or the money was a factor. Dugan on the other hand is miles apart on $$$ and what position he plays which might push him to the Roosters.
"Josh Dugan is apparently seriously weighing up his options before inking a new deal with the Dragons, with the fullback being chased by cross-town rivals, the Sydney Roosters.
"The Roosters are preparing to poach Josh Dugan from the Dragons," reports The Daily Telegraph.
It's believed the Roosters are looking at Dugan as an option should they miss out on his Origin teammate James Tedesco, who is also off-contract.
The Roosters have a number of backs off-contract next season including Michael Gordon, Daniel Tupou, Shaun Kenny-Dowall and Blake Ferguson.
The rep star has yet to accept the Dragons offer for next season and there appears to be an underlying issue regarding the deal - Dugan wants to be paid as a fullback, while the Dragons see him more as a centre.
"The interesting thing is that the Dragons put a deadline on him," Triple M's Brent Read from The Australian told Dead Set Legends earlier this season."

Apparently the Storm have signed Tino Fa'asuamaleaui from the Broncos. Anyone know anything about him?
I hope he plays first grade before Ray Warren retires.

Rumor going around the Knights have an offer of 5 million over four years for Kieran Foran.
