Obviously as one of the few Roosters fans here I'm biased but I think the Roosters just lack a 5/8 and a quality centre to win the comp, we always lacked the spine to be able to compete with Panthers and Storm but with Tedesco, Walker and Robson making up 3/4s of the spine in 2026 we'll be competitive with those teams.

The club is very high on Toia which could fill the centre spot, if we sign a star 5/8 which we most likely will for 2026 then I could see us going on another run.
