Rumoured Targets 3

It appears the knights have done the usual thing when bidding against no one and given 2 year deals to crossland and Lucas
Is this rumor or official?

How long does it take AOB to figure out Crossland aint much chop? There's gotta be dozens in reserve grade that can be better squad fillers than he?

Barry saying Joey let the cat out of the bag about Lachlan Miller?

haven’t seen much about him, nor do I know what Joey reference he is making?

Apparently signing Lachlan Miller from the Sharks according to one of the FB pages? Ah I see it was posted just above.

Anyway so we will have Clune, Crossland, Gamble, Hastings + maybe Ponga for halves?

Miller would be a nice depth pick up. Isn't he an absolute speedster?

I'd include Mann in that bunch for the halves.

Really gotta hope Hastings can play the full season next year.

Didn't Millar rip us apart the last time we played?
Yeah he was very good. He has an outstanding running game.
The only issue I have with him is that he barely touched the ball when they were in our 20 in that game so his passing game must be fairly limited.

Miller was the 3rd choice fullback at the Sharks by the end of the season, behind Kennedy and Dykes.
Not a bad player, just a pure runner at this stage. May need a bit more development to be a full time No.1.
He definitely had not much of an idea when he played a couple of games on the wing.
He is back learning the game, so I'd expect him to be a great deal better this season.

Very underwhelmed about Miller. Another depth level signing who looks like he'll be a first choice spine player here, even if only for 1 season (hopefully). If Hodgson can finally stay healthy I'd back him to take the fullback spot sometime during the season.

Fan of the Hastings signing, though it'll be a new record for him if he lasts the whole 3 years.

Came here to say this too. Don't worry about improving your squad with genuine talent, just get more fringe first grade nuffies from other club so you have 45 reserve graders.
Miller may be fast, but like we're smart enough to use him properly.

Miller will be a decent depth player but I don't expect we're planning for him to be our first choice fullback. This suggests to me that KP will stay in the no.1 jersey for the time being and Gamble probably as the starting no.6
