If I had my pick of any prop in the game Klemmer would be the man. Beast. Exactly what we need. Forget TPJ, he has potential. Klemmer is that potential realized, and he is yet to reach his prime.

I do think this is a dream. The bulldogs would never let him go unless of course he was adamant he wanted out. The bulldogs arent going to be a competitive side for quite some time so this could be a factor. He has a young family though, Newy would be a great place to raise kids and we have the money.

With Klemmer we would be 1 more mongrel prop and some depth away from top 4.

If Klemmer does end up in Newcastle, I'd say our roster is as good as it has ever been. If we get Klemmer and still have the room, I'd take Oates. It would mean we could use either Guerra or Barnett in the middle and he can also cover an outside back position if we do get injuries.

The Dogs massively lowballed him (and told him it was market value) and he accepted to win premierships with his mates. Then he finds out most of his team mates are on more, then the team mates get punted to try to balance the books. Try to tell me he is happy there. They will come back to him with an upgraded offer, but once trust is gone...
