Hodgson is only 19. This is realistically the first season we could expect to see him in first-grade, and lower grades were called off last year. He’s due back on the park the next couple of weeks. I think it’s a bit harsh to talk him down. But yes we’ll want to start seeing him stay fit

KPP and Pryce would be 22 and 20 by the time they get here *hypothetically* so yeah you’d expect instant results out of them.

The article also says we want to keep Milford.

So that would be Ponga, Pryce, Milford and Hodgson all crowding the 1 and 6 jersey options ? With Clifford at 7…hmmmm.

From my understanding the English fellas are still on contract for 2023…..so we are trying to sign them for 2024 onwards

I'm still worried that our halves and playmakers are all too similar. We don't have a leader/organizer type player in the spine. Hopefully Brailey can stay fit and grow into that role.

He’s also had consistency issues though. Certainly stood up last night though - whole Eels pack did actually.

Has consistency far outweighing vast majority of the pack we have on the books.
Would kill for a Saifiti one-off at the moment, and there is 2 of them to not do it. Certainly an edge upgrade, Friz excepted.

TBH if he can turn up and play well on a regular basis I don't care what his motivations are. Plenty of blokes in our current team who apparently love the town and want to play for the club for life yet don't put much effort in on the field.
