We've had back to back spoons. Our roster is weaker than it was this time last year. We've just signed Josh Starling for christsake. We need to start taking some risks if we want to see any improvement in the near future.

I agree on pure ability our squad is weaker than the start of last year but I am hoping we have recruited more blokes who will put in on a consistent basis rather than just have a blinder every 8 weeks.

Ponga is currently going backwards and forwards with the eels and cowboys. Last rumour I saw was the eels offered $2mil over 3 years.

LOL, when will people realise the Knights have nothing to offer quality players who have other options. Not even more money. If a big club wants Ponga they will leverage TPAs and ship off a few scrubs to us or the ESL in order to get him.

Gagan is a handy player when fit but fitness has been an issue. He was signed for 2014-2016 with us and only managed 7 games in 2014 but is still only 23 and when fit is NRL quality.

Being chased pretty hard already mate plus is a Leilua so I doubt he would even consider us.

I agree he looks to have special potential though but a touch of the slobs about him as well.

Gower is a bit of a toiler. Decent depth signing, just your run of the mill plod 2nd rower really. Doesn't add much to the team. But depth is good I guess.
