First time posting, I'll be honest only jumped on the Knights boards as I have a keen interest in Hodgson, really looking forward to seeing him play in the NRL. For what it's worth my answer to your question is, yes, without doubt. He's a freak.

There seems to be a couple of posters here who are very vocal about this kid's talent, yet there doesn't seem to be any footage of him doing anything remarkable

I am a regular on here, I see all the little ribbings Matt Lodge cops from opposition fans, it's just fascinating how willing some of you are to accept him into your club on the basis that he will be coming in at a great price and given some of the quality footy he has been playing, seemingly willing to forget the criminal activities he took out on that poor family

I have thought in the past we needed another Prop.
King is way out of favour and likely to not get a new contract.
If Lodge doesn't work out onus has to be on management and recruitment.

Like you had my doubts but ok now and as long as he behaves then no problem.
Don’t think he will get cruisy unless contract is for long period think 2 plus 1 our option would be ok, he is only young for a prop so will be looking for a contract end of 2-3.

Clifford would be a definite upgrade on Green at this point but supposedly Green will be on the coaching staff moving forward so hopefully we still get to utilise his experience off the field.

So what is the likely deal, I know Broncos to pay half but is it this year only, how long is his contract and when will Broncos stop paying. If it’s only this season the deal stinks.

Exactly, half the season is gone already lol, so if we pay half of his contract we’re not actually getting a discount? Am I missing something here? Or are we actually paying 25% of his contract this year?
