We are constantly bashing the club for not signing athletes.

We finally sign an absolute top shelf athlete but forget he has a potato for a brain.

We then don’t play him.

I actually somewhat agree with his agent. I would start him next to Leo and have both Safs off the bench.
Hetherington has done absolutely nothing to deserve a starting jersey, and he's had his shots at starting too. Athlete or not, the bloke has no ticker. He can rot in cup if he doesn't like the bench imo.

I think if this had happened to DSaf 2 seasons ago it's possible he would be playing the footy matching the pay grade.

I also believe the club would have a much improved culture.

LOL. You actually thought I was serious. Nothing funnier than casual forums and social media. If you don’t openly explain yourself and the irony of what you post then it all kicks off.
Oh the old "it was just a joke" line ay

Given your history of stellar opinion on this forum it's difficult to decifer whether you're serious or not I guess

I'll just go ahead and assume none of what you post is meant to be taken as well thought out or serious just to be safe

Sivo hasn’t been the same player the past few years he’s also turning 31 soon. As mentioned earlier Sivo is very underwhelming in terms of yardage particularly for a guy who’s built like a tank, I’m not sure if anyone has noticed but he never seems to run hard in his own half, kind of jinks, weaves, bounces around and then drops cold at the first contact.
The guy is go after is Jeral Skelton from the dogs, he’s stuck behind JAC, Kiraz and Blake Wilson at the dogs, big body and athletic. He’s had a taste of first grade but he’s unstoppable in NSW cup, in 12 games this year he’s scored 10 tries, 16 line breaks, 59 tackle breaks and averages 210m per game.

Different players, Jenkins was a decent try scorer who played in a good team, wasn’t a big metre eater and didn’t jump off your screen as a physical freak. Skelton very similar to Will Warbrick from the storm, both are great athletes coming from rugby 7s, both around 6’4 and around 105kg.

The great question after all the pain of the Brown years is this - who the f**k is responsible for signing off on the contracts now in place?

They need to have their position reviewed and or step aside.

Dammit Zammit.

Looks like Zammit was responsible for most of the really bad ones. No wonder he’s gone. I can’t really blame Parr for Hastings’ contract because the major motivation for that one was getting Klemmer out of the club which was needed badly.

Yeah. We are over-paying Jacko, but we were over-paying Klemmer worse.

The sad thing is every other “bottom dweller” team has something to look forward to next year. They are all improving. Some like the Tigers should take a huge leap. Others are obviously improving as a good coach gets them playing their way (Titans, Dragons) or have a good coach arriving (Souths).

Even the Eels have the excitement of a new coach, although are also in roster hell.

I see another spoon incoming.

Do we really need a full re-build? I know there's some players absolutely stinking up the cap who need to be moved on and we need a halfback, but there's also a bunch of first graders worth sticking with as well. I would suggest like others, that poor coaching tactics is having a significant negative impact as well.
