Depends how they spin it, realistically Burton is a horrible playmaker, and it’s shown up more once Sexton has been outed, expecting a kid to run the team has been a woeful move. Burton is literally Pat Richards in the 6 Jersey, if they shipped him for Ponga then it would give them a 3 year window where they are likely Favourites for the title.

Yeh the Burton rumour has definitely been mentioned in the mainstream media. Have heard that they dont look likely to renew his contract after next year.

I think he is a 6, different players just have different fit needs. The fit with Galvin who IMO isn't a 7 looks weird. He had a better thing going with Sexton.

For the sake of his game, I think he should go back to smug world to find his lost form.

For a time there, under the Panther flag, I regarded him as probably one of the top 3 players in the game with almost unlimited potential.

I still think he’s marquee inside, but tragically not anywhere near his elite game.

I’d be causing some black ops trouble to try to get young Iongi early from the eels. Get intel from Drown on what he likes. A big kerfuffle and drama, but I think the kid is absolutely worth it.
