Absolutely. And the fact he can cover centre makes him invaluable really. I legitimately believe he can be as good as Luke Lewis. Needs to be made Captain. A born leader.

We've won 30% of the wooden spoons in the last decade (4 in the last 11 years). We make ourselves an easy target all the damn time sadly.

Despite winning the 4 spoons, we still have 7 more wins than both the Titans and tigers.

But we are firmly entrenched in the bottom 6 clubs, with NZ, St George and the Bulldogs being the others.

Above them are Manly, Parramatta and the Cowboys - who are all about even in W/L ratio.

Then everyone else could say they've been consistently competitive over the last 11 seasons.

Edit: since 2000 we're only really ahead of the Tigers though... thats quite scary. I didnt realise it was that bad! Club is definitely a basket case.

If JH can get us to a place where we win games at say, 70-30 or 7 out of every ten It would be a turning point. MJS has become a home game for a lot of teams. That is totally unacceptable. We should be good enough to win the majority of home games every year.

Yeah that’s fair. It would have made more sense though to say they feel sorry for him inherenting a spoon team, not a full roster that he happily applied to coach.

Isn’t. It is interesting timing with the speculation around his move is all. Logic probably not really at play here though. They make up stories to further attempt to destabilise us - especially when their agendas over the clubs they support and spruik fail. One minute it is AOB why he wants out. The next a brand new coach, with two quality halves coming in, and it still means he wants out.
