From fox sport website-
Prince has been heavily linked with Brisbane Broncos and St George Illawarra, with Newcastle Knights also emerging as a possibility.
Wherever it may be, his destination club will have got him at a bargain price, with the Titans reportedly set to provide Prince's new club a subsidy of up to $200,000 on his current $400,000-a-season contract for 2013.

Would have been nice if the club had made a play for Prince. Not really sure Wallace is the kind of half we need.

Wallace is shite!

I think Peter Wallace performs reasonably well as an organising halfback. A bit like Jeff Robson, he provides the structure but doesn't really have a lot of creativity or flair compared with someone like Todd Carney.

Wallace was doing fine in the first half of the 2012 season when Corey Norman was in decent form. But then Norman, still being a bit green in FG, dropped off in form towards the latter part of the season and all of a sudden Wallace was expected to do it all and no surprise, he imploded. Wallace doesn't have it in him to carry the team. He needs those around him to produce the more creative stuff. Leave Boyd and Mullen to come up with the creative playmaking. Wallace should stick to what he does best and that's being an organiser.

He's never going to set the world on fire and come up with the match-winning play like Lockyer would but he will provide your team with direction and a decent kicking game. I think if you were to pair him up with a running five-eighth in Mullen they would strike up a fairly decent combination.

You would just need to give Peter a very specific role to play within the team as an organiser. Mullen could be given free reign and just let him run at the line all the day, which is what he is best at.

Hang on - were we ever actually interested in Scott Prince or was it a throw away media fluff line? I heard nothing about us been interested in Prince. Did anyone else hear of it?

If we were genuinely interested in Prince then it would be the first strong indicator that Bennett see's Gidley as a future hooker/utility and Buderus' likely successor.

I'm a fan of wallace and what he brings to the table as a solid 250k half partnering a superstar half. His defence is very good and he is very tough and tenancious however he really is lacking in overall skills. Mullen is not the bag of tricks that would allow Wallace to play to his strengths.

Gidley is a much better halves partner for Mullen at this stage. As one of Gidleys most outspoken critics you all know i'm genuine when i say this - i'm expecting huge things from Gidley as a half in 2013. I think he will be finally ready to produce consistent direction and vision behind a very tough forward pack.

Izzy Folau walking away from AFL! Everyone saying he is off to Parra. I am presuming Wayne has no interest.

Don't rate him over Kidley or Roberts at all. We got enough average players we need a Falou or something...

1. Boyd
2. Naqaima/McManus
3. Falou
4. Gagai
5. Uate

Tahu off the bench to cover backrow or outside backs.

At Sky news press conference live today Folau said he had no contact with Eels. He said he will listen to all offers and money is not the driving force. Sheedy concurred. He just seems to want to play again. It can be argued asking top dollar after two years out is unfeasible. Twelve month deal then talk dollars if he is for real. Back himself. No reason he can't wear red and blue. He just made three million dollars. Doing nothing. He has plenty of cash. He is a super athlete. He would be some weapon off Mullo's cross field bombs.

Yep, the money he made in 3 years with that ridiculous AFL deal would have taken him 7-8 years in the NRL. He can afford a few lower offers. No way would he be worth any more than 150-200k for his first season back, anyone who pays more is kidding themselves. I would sign him for 3 years with a few clauses in it regarding performance, if he performs his pay goes up, if he doesnt he can look elsewhere.

Wouldn't it be quite ironic to see him signed by a western Sydney club and used as a marketing tool against GWS, but at a quarter of the price.
