Happens all the time in grassroots level footy
Matt Elliott said last night on ABC that it happened all the time whilst he was Warriors coach. He said it's a cultural thing and they feel obliged to help out.

He played the last 6 mins FFS.
Unless you die or lose a body part, you get jack shit from sports insurance for park level
Was that a club for scrote wrestling, because obviously that sport has implied risk to the testicledepends which body part, some are worth a fair bit when I ran a club, how they arrive at their valuations is quiet strange
testicles, for example, are worth jack shit
Happens all the time in ACT cricket. Different sport I know, but the only time I've genuinely feared for my life on a sporting field was facing a former Shield fast bowler (that was a one off, normally it's grade cricketers) in fking 4th grade one day cricket. Holy shit. It's minor to an extent but it just shouldn't happen in any sport, honestly.
EELS DRAMA NOT OVER YET
PARRAMATTA are fighting to retain Queensland Origin aspirant Corey Norman amid the club’s salary-cap crisis.
The in-form Beenleigh junior has attracted interest from the Panthers and is set to inspect Penrith’s setup before any decision to pledge his long-term future to the Eels.
Norman is asking for around $800,000 a season and on current form can secure that on the open market.
Panthers supremo Phil Gould rates the 25-year-old highly but the club can only afford either Norman or Cowboys prop James Tamou.
If Tamou jumps quickly and accepts a $3 million, four-year deal, the Eels will thank their lucky stars.
Or a call to arms for more TPAsyeah, this is to push us for more money.

Storm have lost Koroibete to Rugby (Rebels).
Bellyache is pissed. Says that the NRL could have done more.
