Brown from souths is very good. A cabra boy too apparently. If the bunnies are desperate to keep all burgii then brown might be worth a sniff

I havent minded Taka at 5/8th. I want to keep norman but if his manager is unreasonable then taka might not be the worst 5/8 alternative around

I don't see what all the fuss is about this kid Nelson Asofa-Solomona so far.

Sure he is big and strong, but way to early for the wraps that are being put on him.

Time will tell, but up until now other then the occasional big run, he has shown very little.

The kid is still eligible for 20's just to be playing a few NRL games at that age is an achievement.

Speaking of underwhelming performers, has anyone seen Tepai Moeroa's figures till last nights game?

72m and 27.5 tackles per game. What a pitiful performance thus far. For all the hype and c**k stroking over this bloke, he is the biggest pillow in our team.

Just watch how he gets smashed backwards almost every time he goes into tackles. The opposition just line him up and nail him.

Why? Because he has no footwork before the line, and hasn't got the power in his legs to dominate two or three defenders like other battering rams.

He needs to either learn to use his feet or add a pass before the line to his game so defenders don't just pile up on him. He should also lower his body as he goes in, way to upright which allows the defenders to get a good shot on him and push him off balance and then backwards.

But he needs to do something different, because what he is doing now just ain't working for him at all.

Yeah yeah, same thing was said about Tapai and look at his figures above.

Sure he may develop into a great player, but at this stage he is being over rated like so many people tend to do, so often at the glimmer of any decent showing.

He at this stage has done FA.

Just like Scott used to be. But now scott has added an offload to his game which makes him dangerous

did he run over your dog Ram ?

No not at all. I had great expectations of him when he first appeared on the scene, but have had very little joy in his performances ever since he made 1st grade.

Last year I obviously gave him the benefit of doubt due to his shoulder problem and his inexperience and youth.

But this year he has no such excuse to fall back on. With the powerful performances that we have produced during games, he should be playing off the back of the likes of Junior, Edwards, Manu and Wicks and smashing through the line like grease through a goose.

But all we see is him hitting a brick wall and getting belted backwards.

Agree with Ram. He has yet to have a break out game like James fischer Harris did with two tries and belting up 140+ meters from the bench against the sharks.
A game where you go gee this KID could be a star.
I think he is a handy solid player. He has not improved a lot to me thou. Looks almost the same as when debut.
Still young and time will tell.
What about the under 20s - Panthers 74-10 over warriors - WTF

We are second with a + of 33 points while panthers are 1st with a + of 334.
We must poach these kids-Surely some talent there to steal.

Didn't they also beat Canberra by 70 a few weeks back? Hell of a team.

If we don't keep Norman we need to buy someone with a kicking game.

He averages 100m a game from 25 minutes of footy and 9-10 hitups. The kid is beasting it and only 20 years old. Absolute star

He's playing lock when he's always been a wide running second rower. When he was MOTM in the Junior kangaroo match last year it was on the edges. He's a kid learning a new role ffs.
