I hope we give Gower another year. Besides Twal I cannot see anything from the lower grades to get excited about.

I reckon Morris looks ok. I like Twal, but it looks to me like he'll be a solid first grader with a great attitude, but that's about it. Hope I'm wrong. I guess the change in the number of interchanges will make props like him more useful.

brilliant such insightful thoughts

Brilliant? Probably not
Insightful? Quite possibly
A thought? Definitely, you should try having one just once then you mightn't come across as such a f*cking moron but I doubt it

We definitely need a punch front rower.

Mannah is ridiculously consistent but doesn't have that oomph. Alvaro looks the same, and Windscreens didn't show any punch yesterday.

Wicks is OK without dominating and Penis Torpedo runs like a maniac but gets flattened more times than not.

We need one front rower, even if he's a benchie, who can strike a little fear into the opposition. I'm not really sure that Moa is that guy, either. Ditto for Twal.

We need a crazy guy but, really, is there one available?

Boring is good, crazy is likely to give away a penalty or make an error at a crucial time

agree, twal and Mannah are of the same Mould non aggressive good blokes. Last front rower we had who was decent was Fui.

We need a Klemmer type of player.

It's all about balance. A team full of crazies isn't ideal. Neither is a team full of boring players. I'd like to see at least one crazy as well. Controlled crazy. A sensible nut bag.

I reckon Vave would be a good cheap bench option.

To be honest I was a little bit disappointed with the softness of Windscreens. For a bloke of his size he looked like he will offer very little in the way of damage to the line.

Hopefully it's just a case of the kid finding his legs. With Mannah due back this week, though, it might be a while before Windscreens gets another shot. My suggestion to the kid is to make sure he takes the next chance he gets to show everyone that he's not just an oversized marshmallow.

For what it's worth I think Tepai is coasting a little. He isn't playing poorly by any means but I think he is just happy to be a bit-part player in the team. I don't see him pushing himself out there, we know he has the ability to be a strike weapon and a leader in the pack.

Perhaps it's the fact he is still only young and he has a lot of older blokes around him he might still feel a little over-awed.

If he was making 60m and 17 tackles per game for us, would you say he was killing it?

He's going ok.

Apparently Moeroa is a pillow for doing1.5 times better in less minutes.
That is, according to our resident talent scout

Poor rammy. Couldn't pick a first grader if his life depended on it,

If you look at his carries, often he got poor ball and was forced to run from a standing start towards a fast approaching defence.

I think he deserves another shot before we put the line through his name.

And doesn't get what anyone sees in Nelson Asofa-Solomona... That will do me.

I think tepai has to go back to the edge. He isnt quite aggressive enough in the middle.

He could defend in the middle but attack on the edge.

Scott and KE can defend on the edge and attack in the middle. KE runs harder with more aggression which suits the middle more.

No..dreadful numbers. I haven't been watching to many games this season since all the crap with Parra happened, but earlier in the season I did notice Ailoai and he seemed to be going ok. Obviously he has dropped off somewhat.

And another idiot who can't understand that our club didn't actually make that call, Ailoai and his manager did

Ok champ, ease up, you're hardly in the genius class.

Last time i looked we were sitting in 5th spot and Aloili and Pauli's teams are sitting in 13th and 16th respectively. Maybe these were good calls by the club afterall (even if one of them wasn't our call).

Maybe you're right.

Yeah absolutely 'killing it'. I'll take Ma'u, Scott and Edwards thanks.

Me too.

Alioi is not killing it. But tepai is doing no better.Same goes for Pauli

Spot on hindy.
