Manu is close to the best edge back rower in the game IMO. Frizzell is also very good, but more of a middle runner. And he doesn't come close to Ma'u in terms of ball playing

Imo, of course.

I know, I know - you like bigger forwards.

But Manu can play as a battering ram, or use his footwork and agility.

And I rate Frizzell.

Mau has been a bit average this year. Just the 1 try assist in the first game and no line breaks. Also only 3 tackle busts. He isn't causing too many problems for opposition defences. Arthursss needs to keep him on the left.

Frizzel is a better player as a specialist backrower. His style of play depends less on other shit going right (e.g. a supporting ball runner being in the right spot when gets the ball away). In terms of value to the squad it's a much tighter call, as Ma'u can play centre without being embarassed in defense. I don't think Frizzell can.
