More in Pritchards game than Lichaa and Lichaa has played 60 first grade games. Pritchard will come good( not that he's doing that bad ATM)

I guess my point was that having them both in the 17 would be ideal. But as you say, if you're paying for an 80 minute hooker you're wasting money carrying another hooker in your top 17. To get our money's worth out of De Gois and Kritchard we probably should have both in the 17, which appears to have been Arthur's intent in the pre-season. Is King good enough to play the opening 30 minutes?

Dummy half runs are generally the result of quick play the balls. When you constantly loose the ruck and submit in tackles, the dummy halfs options are rather limited.
Own the ruck.
Fight for a quick play the ball and then you might see KP at his "running best".
Additionally as KP is the smallest of the middle forwards he is being targeted in defence. Obviously this needs to be addressed. Come on BA. We need a strategy to ease the workload on the kid. Hoping he will become an 80 minute player without recognising the contributing factors and addressing same is just living in hope.

I don't reckon that's a smart move by the Dogs tbh. Not that Des is a bad coach....I just think he's taken the Dogs down the wrong path, and two extra years won't fix that. They need basically a whole new spine, and to do that well they need to shift some expensive forwards....it's going to get messy IMO. And if he sticks with what they've been doing they'll slip down the ladder more and more.

I think they paid a small fortune for Lichaa (which was dumb) so they will likely let him go, move Reynolds to 9, sign Foran (who won't be on the kind of coin that we paid for him), let Hoppa go who is off contract (and would be getting paid more this year than last) and use a stack of TPA's to sign Hayne.

Josh reynolds would be good at hooker and a tough bugger would welcome him.

If rumours are correct (which who fking knows), Lichaa is on 400k-odd. Hoppa will be on a bit, but they would have got him on the cheap relatively speaking when compared to Sewards ridiculous offer. Even if he's on 600k (which I doubt), given there will be players increasing and they've got juniors like Montoya and maybe Abbey they'll want to upgrade, that's not enough space to get Hayne and Foran even with bulk TPAs. They have anywhere from 1.2-1.5 mill tied up in Graham and Klemmer alone....

Something will have to give.

Gutho will be a centre long term IMO. He's probably slightly more suited to fullback, but he'll be a very good centre.

Hutchison is bog ordinary. Fogarty has more potential in him...Hutchison is a roughly 100kg halfback coming off an ACL injury, he was already big and cumbersome, a busted ACL is going to make his running game even worse. The Fog has a very good running game already, and he's a good play kicker. Needs to work on defence mainly.

Not sure Reynolds would be up to the defensive workload at hooker. Plus he's a total merkin.

Bat the morris boys the 1-5 would all be quite cheap. Id say can spend, and good luck to them.Id rather them then a storm team with the asutralian 1,4,7,9 and kiwi prop plus tohu harris and mclean. 7 internationals there lol.

They would need probably, what, 2mill roughly (under an increased cap) for Hayne and Foran? At best they get rid of 700k with Lichaa and Hoppa. Presumably they have some space hanging around, but I just can't see them getting both those guys without losing some more players.
