True.

Farah is far from a nuffy - I actually think he's a tad over-rated, but still a very good hooker.

I just worry that he wouldn't be a good fit for us.

I wouldn't say he's overrated. He's actually a very good player, that is being paid like he's the games premier player.

If Farah was on 500k I doubt JT would be trying to move him on.

That, and he supposedly has killed a few coaches off at the Tigers

I don't think he's as good as he's made out to be, and I reckon it's because of his "me, me, me" attitude.

Hodkinson, Mullen, Uate (lol), Jeremy Smith, Gagai , Sione Matutia and Tariq Sims (now released) all would have been on massive overs

He is a quality player for sure, but the measure of how good he is shouldn't be the idea that he plays Origin for NSW, imo.

After all, David Williams, Tony Williams, Brett Finch, Kurt Gidley, Greg Bird and Brett White all played for NSW...
Don't forget Tim Mannah and Flash Gordon.

Fa'amanu Brown off contract at the Sharks and they are unable to keep him. Capable of plains in the halves and at hooker. Injury has held him back. Would like to see him chased.

Agreed, he's not getting much of a go at the Sharks but he is definitely a first grader.

Not sure that's legal or very PC these days :)

He is good. Though he did stick his iPhone in the microwave didn't he?

What has Farah actually f$&ked up through every fault of his own? He has an ego? Yep, so what. He has too much influence on coaching decisions at the Tigers? Yep, I'm sure Jarryd was the same (there was plenty of references to Jarryd advocating for BA at the time). Both are quality players and I'd be disappointed if we weren't at least enquiring about their services.

There are time in a club's history when rolling the dice on a bloke like Farah is well worth it. I just can't see it being worth the risk given the money he is likely to be asking. It's not an anti-ego thing, it's an ego/value ratio thing :)

Whatever happened to the eels under 20's player that was let go, because he supposedly stole a teammates wallet. I think the Sharks picked him up. He ever play FG?

Frazer Masinamua was the guy the subject of the rumour. He's playing for Bargo in Group 6 I believe.

Well it's not really going to be a case of how much Farah is asking, but more of how much the Tigers are going to be happy to pay him to play somewhere else. Farah just wants $950k, he doesn't care how much the Tigers have to pay or the amount a new team would be willing to pay to get to that $950k.

Is he worth 1/2 of $950k for next year?

I don't think so. <$250k would be what I'd be thinking, and I don't see that happening.

If we could get Robbie for about 350 he would be worth it. You won't get too many top line hookers for under 400k
