yes it did

he has no criminal record

No it didn't. It doesn't overturn the finding of guilt. It simply means that if he were, for instance, to apply for a job and the application form says 'do you have a criminal record' / 'have you been convicted of a criminal offence' you can honestly say 'no'.

Lol. I'm not making up shit, mate.

You are aware that distributing a sex tape without consent is a criminal act, right? As I said, none of us know whether he had consent or not (hence "may have been a criminal act") but at best it's a pretty rubbish look that brings the game into disrepute and at worst it's a potential crime whether you like it or not.
You are aware that possessing cocaine in the ACT is a criminal act, which they clearly are based on the CCTV footage. They were just lucky they weren't physically caught with it.

Well reports actually say they only snorted it off the dudes phone ... so it was never in their possession other than up their snorters

Too pissed to know what they were doing my ass - they knew not to hold it

Well, you can actually be done for possession if it can be shown that you 'control' the substance, even if not in physical possession......a bit like the rules re grounding the ball. But a charge against these blokes is unlikely to fly.

I dont think they do, not without proof

They do to an extent. They can say "it looks enough like coke that it will damage our reputation" and ban the players for a short time, give them a first strike, all that.

But I can't see them having the power to enforce a long term or life ban (as an extreme example) based on the evidence at hand.
