Jesse and Kevin received some good advice and admitted to drinking excessively. They "can't remember" snorting anything.

Without a drug test (which Tod conveniently only said they "may do") there's no proof in a legal sense.

Everyone seems so willing to simply disregard the fact that Norman was CONVICTED....but what about the three other offences?? We disregarding them too because we just want to be poor, hard done by Eels fans?

I seem to recall that Norman's consorting event occurred on the same night as the drug possession. A bit raw to say the drugs were his second offence when he hadn't been warned for the first one.

It says 'possession is 9/10ths of the law'. It's more like about 15%

Actually my version of law.com says 'usage is 2/8ths of possession" but it has been known to be inconsistent at times.
