True...but the NRL have the benefit of being able to use balance of probabilities to determine these things.
Of what?
Jesse and Kevin received some good advice and admitted to drinking excessively. They "can't remember" snorting anything.Nrl don't need to do such a thing. Jesse has admitted to it. Plus there'd be evidence from the dealer.
That's not proof. That's the word of a drug dealer.Vitamin E
Crowther named them as the people he sold/gave coke while under oath, also Bromwich admitted it

Fair point ... we did end up getting him cheapishWith Norman one of the form players in comp and remained un signed. Did the eels hit him with a heavy suspension to benehfit them?
Im pretty sure the police charged the other guy for possession of corn flour
"Toodles, the Telegraph is saying there are another 2 players who were caught with cocaine"True...but the NRL have the benefit of being able to use balance of probabilities to determine these things.

Everyone seems so willing to simply disregard the fact that Norman was CONVICTED....but what about the three other offences?? We disregarding them too because we just want to be poor, hard done by Eels fans?
Actually my version of law.com says 'usage is 2/8ths of possession" but it has been known to be inconsistent at times. It says 'possession is 9/10ths of the law'. It's more like about 15%
