I think the big reason why Moses wants to leVe now is financial, I bet he stands to earn a lot more for the rest of the season at Parra then he will at the Tigers and it was a big reason he signed for us with the coaching instability that was at Tigers he would have been a better than 50% chance to get released.

If you ever fail to understand something, just follow the dollars.

This should be the motto of any club worth their salt in the salary cap era:
Don't develop "up and coming" talent unless they are undervalued for a year or two, don't hold onto overpaid plodders for nostalgia, establish a winning culture with players and coaches in their prime that care about their individual legacy.

So basically copy the Storm.

While I agree you don't need to waste money on players whom you expect to be good one day (but aren't yet), the benefit of younger players is that they are likely to improve over the duration of a given contract, whereas older players are likely to decline. Of course, this is all generally factored into the prices these players command.

As for Moses, he is already a quality attacking half. He proved that in the 67 NRL games he's already played. His youth just means he has strong potential for getting better each year, reducing the risk of signing him. He was top six for try assists in the NRL last year, as well as equal 18th for LBAs and equal 13th for linebreaks. He is likely to be even better in 2018 and 2019.

Did somebody say Panamanian petting zoo?

I watched a vid once where a guy was laying down in a stable under a horse batting off waiting for the horse to shit on him.
The horse was being force fed by some german woman dressed in an SS uniform and she was stroking the horses face and verbally encouraging the horse to shit on the man laying on the ground under the horses anus..
She was a like a german horse shit whisperer.

Nah. Pou needs some faeces to get a chubby.
Pou collects unflushed feces from public toilets, puts it in zip lock bags, labels them, freezes them in ice block molds and uses them at later dates to heighten his sexual pleasure.
He is a long time advocate and dealer of scat popcicles.

Cameron Smith has unleashed a tirade of abuse after last night’s loss to the Titans, claiming the Storm’s tries should have been worth more points.

The Melbourne skipper was left fuming after a high scoring loss to the Gold Coast which saw normal regulation scoring imposed on his team.

“I understand that normally a try is worth four points but I thought some of our tries looked far better and therefore should’ve been worth five points,” Smith said in a post-match interview.

“And we also had a video referee decision go against us on the cusp of half-time, I have already written to Tony Archer and given explicit instructions about who should benefit from video ref decisions – this is simply unacceptable.”

The NRL were quick to respond to Smith’s claims of referee bias.

“We have reviewed the tapes and we think Cameron may have a point,” NRL CEO Todd Greenberg said.

“We would like to apologise to both teams, especially the Titans who have now lost last night’s match.”

Parramatta desperate for Mitchell Moses

Parramatta’s mid-season pursuit of Mitchell Moses has taken on added importance after Eels talisman Corey Norman suffered a knee injury yesterday that could sideline him for more than a month.

Norman, the Eels’ best performer this season, limped from the field in the 51st minute with a suspected grade two tear of his medial ligament.

The early prognosis was at least a month on the sidelines, although it could be no longer depending on the result of scans today.

The Eels have signed Moses for next season but the Tigers pivot has been pressing his current club to gain an early release so he can join Parramatta ahead of schedule.

Eels coach Brad Arthur was reluctant to discuss speculation over Moses’ impending arrival following his side’s thrashing at the hands of the Roosters, although no one could blame him for stepping up his pursuit this morning as he ponders an immediate future without Norman.

“That’s out of my control — that’s up to the Tigers,” Arthur said. “We have plenty of things we need to get right before we worry about that. I think — and obviously they’ll need to send him (Norman) for scans — but I’ve been told it’s a grade two medial.

“That’s about four weeks but we’ll have to get scans.”

The injury setback has ruined Norman’s hopes of securing a State of Origin debut in the opening game of this year’s series and could yet rule him out for the second game as well.

With North Queensland co-captain Johnathan Thurston in doubt with a shoulder problem, Norman was locked in a four-way battle with Daly Cherry-Evans, Anthony Milford and Michael Morgan to wear the Maroons No 6 jersey had he been unable to overcome the problem.

Morgan made a statement on Thursday night with a man-of-the-match display while Milford led Brisbane to a win over Cherry-Evans’ Manly. Norman had no such joy. He and his teammates were the subject of an early blitzkrieg from the Roosters and by the time he left the field, the game was over.

Norman had his leg buckled in a tackle and immediately sensed a problem. He valiantly attempted to regain his place in the defensive line, limping noticeably, before making his way from the field and straight up the tunnel.

The injury is a savage setback to both his and the club’s ambitions. Aside from a Queensland jersey, Norman was in the thick of contention for the Dally M medal, trailing leader Cameron Smith by only six points heading into the weekend.

He now faces an extended stint on the sidelines, which has robbed him of the opportunity to potentially make his Origin debut as well.

Arthur insisted he and Norman had not discussed the prospects of playing Origin, instead focusing on his value to Parramatta.

“Me and Corey hadn’t really spoken about it,” Arthur said.

“His priority is playing well for Parramatta and if he’s playing well enough the teams will get selected on the back of that. Yeah, I’m disappointed for him, but I’m disappointed for our club.

“Because at the end of the day he’s here to play for Parramatta. He’s going to have lots of opportunities to play rep footy, but his priority is Parramatta.’’
