I can forgive Kenny a bad game, much as he made my blood boil last night. For me though, his best asset is the difference he can make to a contest when injected from the bench. He can give you some energy if you've been under the pump or he can help you turn the screws if you're on top. He's not a status quo type of player to set the standard from the opening whistle IMO. Strictly a bench player from now on and ever and ever amen!

Regardless of the situation we need another forward, like I said last night someone in the mould of a Frizzell or Jackson alone would make us a very very good footballing team.

That ain't gonna happen, ideally a player like I mentioned a big body middle forward would do the trick but it's a long shot.

I am not sure who is available, Paasi and NAS would be pretty good considering what is available tbh.

I am hoping a merry go round happens in the off season because if we could nab another gun back rower as Scott is getting on and we could do with one, add to that Evans, and I don't know about this Meehan guy you guys seem to think his gonna be enough.

We are one very good forward away from being a genuine footballing team and we are good forwards away from being a contender.

Just can't see us getting them for next year, in the hooking department I am not sure at the moment but I would be paying Peats what he wants.

Regardless I see us signing another hooker and wouldn't be surprised if it is Lichaa, reason it hasn't happened now is because his manager thought he had us over a barrel and wanted to get more out of us for him, that's what i've heard but I wouldn't be surprised to see him with us next year.

Edwards can start there, he just shouldn't play 80 minutes. He's probably better starting on the bench and playing the final 60 minutes though, which is where he's had his best form.

I agree that Ma'u's injury looks like an opportunity for Niukore. But maybe not against Melbourne's reserve grade side.

Kenny showed he is not a 80min player, he normally comes on after 20-5mins and changes the the tempo of the game. He gets tired and has brain farts going the distance. Tep is handy because he can play the first 20 on an edge with ease and then go straight into the middle without missing a beat.

They might have a Reserve Grade spine and centres, but they'll have at least 5 middle forwards who will be better than all but one we will put on the field next week.

BTW NAS & Paasi were just players mentioned here as off contract. Which clearly means we have no intention to talk to them a la Vaughan.
