So, do we expect to see the shock jocks and media hounds feast on the NRL appointed Max Donnelly. That would be fair, but they would also be crucifying Greenturds man, lets see how they handle it given the redundancies were after his appointment

I can't give you any back story, but you would have to imagine that the Media Manager role in an NRL club with as much media focus as the Eels would need a really strong personality who was able to say no to constant barrage of pressure from the Sydney media buffoons.

I reckon the "not good news" will be player injury related, and something to come out of the recovery sessions...

Maybe:
a) Beau Scott not to play again this year (was due back last game)?
...or
b) Semi not to play again this year (why rush him back in R24-25)?
...or (worst case scenario)
c) Corey Norman has told the club to go and get f**ked...

On a lesser scale would be news that either Pritchard or Jennings might not play again this year due to their injuries.

Of course, if Brad is the one giving a late night statement about the club not being able to agree terms with (or make an offer to) Jarryd, then even though that's "not good news" for some - I'll be ecstatic on behalf of the club!
