Not only do the opposing teams (for opposed sessions) have different coloured bibs for their fullback and halves, but sometimes the squad is divided into groups for drills and small team games. In this instance the bibs just represent those groups.

Problem is he's also worth every cent for about ten other clubs
But by reports 10 other clubs don't have the money. Remember apparently 11 clubs over the cap, that only leaves 5 under and some of those probably have less than $600k in their cap. Not sure of Parra's situation but if we played this year apparently well under the cap (until Moses) than I'm sure we still have plenty of leeway as cap is $2m higher.
Look at Dogs, apparently $2m over cap, so they need to get rid of their high profile players on plenty of coin. Of their roster only Klemmer and Jackson are the standouts, all the rest they would probably have to give away for almost nothing, so that will not fix their cap. And those 2 players will not relieve their cap of $2m, probably $1m could be saved with Dogs throwing in a small amount of subsidy.

The dogs stiffed their cap for next year by taking a punt on what the cap might be so now they expect the NRL to raise the cap or let them be over next year and take 2-300k off their cap then next 2-3 seasons.
Are they serious?

Ray Dibb had lunch with 4 CEOs yesterday and THEY decided that the cap should be $9.6m. They plan to tell Todd of their decision today.

yeah well they will need 12 out of the 16 teams to agree.
I can't see the tigers, Dragons, Titans or Knights voting for it, I doubt that we would even vote for it.
They might get 6-8 vote for it but can't see them getting 12.

Nrl is in the red! That's why the cap isn't going up much. They can't afford the grants to clubs.

Interestingly enough apparently the Broncos and the Storm don't want the salary cap to increase.

I can understand the Bronocs not wanting to give the other clubs the capacity to spend like they do, they want to keep their unfair advantage of the ridiculous amount of TPAs that they have access to.
