Hayne 350k.
Plays wing.
Trains every session.
Gets super fit.
Keeps his fn mouth shut.
Has no more dreams.
Any chance?
PS. So what goes with Hayden the trainer moving to The Tits to get Hayne back to superstar status?

I was against his return at first, but the more I've thought about it, the more open I've become to a possible return.

He could fill that vacant wing spot pretty well, and fill in at centre or fullback (maybe even 5/8).

And I have nothing to base it off, but I, too, think he would play his best footy for Parra.

If it's a choice between Israel Folau and Jarryd Hayne, I'd take Hayne, I think.

But then again, what do I know?

I think a huge factor in this is that BA has coached Hayne before.

We've all seen him work real well with the players he has had/brought in to the club since he has been HC. He seemed to get some great footy out of Jarryd back in 2014.

If we are talking to him, BA is interested and i believe BA knows what makes Jarryd tick.
If he knew or thought Hayne was a pain in the ass like we keep getting told by the media, BA wouldn't want a bar of him. I recall BA speaking very well of Hayne when he left to head off the the States.

Absolutely.

I think BA knows the only sticking point is price - I think everyone can see that Jarryd is keen to come back to this club, and if we can nab him at a smart price, I'm sure it will happen.

And I'm actually quite excited about it, tbh.

I wasn't keen last year - but circumstances have changed: we've lost Radradra (maybe for good), and if the reports that the Titans officials want Hayne gone (and are happy to pay him out to get rid of him) are accurate, then this is the perfect time to make a play for him.

I'm honestly hoping we sign him now.

I'd say Maloney lead the Roosters to the premiership more than Pearce.

That being said Pearce is an excellent club halfback. He just goes to pieces in a NSW jersey
This.

A few of us were probably getting a bit hot under the collar about 'leading' but this was my original point - Pearce is underrated by a lot of people.

Tony Williams anyone ?

"The Eels are considering offering a lifeline to another enigmatic former Eel, Williams. The man dubbed "T-Rex" began his NRL career on the wing for the Eels, before shifting to arch-rivals Manly where he became one of the most destructive back-rowers in the game. "

Bring him home!! Bring everyone home!!

I wouldn't be against it. Cheap as chips no doubt and could be motivated (finally).
