Unfortunately it points to team disharmony which is manifesting itself with our inept performances on the field. Does this point to BA losing the change room? There has to be something going on in the background leading to our performances so far.

As I said previously you don't go from top 8 to spoon candidate in 5 months. The way we are playing atm I truly cannot see a win for the next 19 weeks. Unfortunately the reputation we built up over the past 2 seasons will evaporate this year and we'll never attract anyone of note without paying massive overs.

Its not the lack of winning but the total lack of anything, repeat anything, that looks positive with the team. No attacking spark, no determined defence and our only constant over the last 32 years, consistency......consistency of losing!

Well, I mean, in my eyes, we looked like we were going to beat the Panthers in round 1, before self-destructing.

We created a few line drop-outs against the Sharks, but just couldn't score.

We broke the line a few times against the Tigers, and once the refs stopped penalising us for merely sneezing, we came home pretty strongly.

Don't get me wrong- our performances over 4 games have not been good enough.

But there are glimpses of quality here and there- our challenge is to tie it all together to compete for 80 minutes.

It's been a frustrating start to the season, but hang in there - we are one good 80 minute session away from turning our season around.

And that will just put us back to where we were in 2014 when BA took over - a stuffed up cap paying players to play for another club!!

Who knows how this year will turn out, but I suspect BA probably has some cap space / flexibility to make some changes to squad for next year!!

Let's not forget the dragons were a basket case last year losing their last game against a crappy dogs side to miss a spot in the finals (2 chokes in 2 years). Yet they pretty much have only lost a rep player in Dugan and added a decent but not a superstar halfback in Hunt and a very good prop in graham but who is in decline.

While the Dragons may still fail, it does show, that only 2 or so player changes to a mid table squad (around 14th to 6th), is enough to improve performance!!

Go and have a look at the dragons form over the last few years? The same coach is still coaching and they have had some pretty poor patches!! Losing form doesn't always mean the coach has the lost the players .....
