Except for the Knights, who Tinkler f**ked.
Nope, that was all Bennett.

I have heard that DA was very confident of getting Maloney but BA put his foot down and insisted on Foran.
Who knows it could be all BS and no one knew what would happen to Foran.
Sharks got lucky and well we are Parra and luck never shines on us.

Yeah that’s why he then signed Moses.........We just got rid of Sandow so I suspect BA didn’t want another half that couldn’t defend.
Well considering Maloney was on about half of Forans salary we might not have been in as much shit???Well I'm glad it didn't happen....Loved DA as a coach but with his involvement in the cap bullshit I can only imagine what enticements he would have added to Maloney's deal on the sly.
At least with Foran we only had an incompetent twit try and insert ridiculous get out clauses...

That said I was blooting massive wads when we landed Foran.
He was my non favourite Eel player, see it’s not just Sterlo who is a curse.
Moses is already a better defender then Maloney.
But I see your point, however in 2015 we weren’t the greatest defensive team, so adding another poor defensive half wasn’t really the best option as opposed to 2017 where our defence had improved and could “carry” Moses.
Anyhow who knows why we didn’t sign Maloney.
BA wanted Foran which was fair enough. Just a shame how it turned out, a shame how it always turns out for us.Moses is already a better defender then Maloney.

For the solid group of fans? Why would a decent coach want to come here?
No he’s saying the Dogs would prefer to pay him more next year and less in later years.
Yeah hindsight is always 20-20. Foran was exactly what we needed, tough, good leader, good defender, nice straight attacking game, excellent kicking game....it's just that he turned out to be exactly what we didn't need.
I reckon we'd have had to pay Maloney about what we paid Foran too, he's not shy when it comes to pricing himself...the bloke left the Sharks cos he thought 700k or whatever wasn't enough at a successful club, what would he want at a shit one??
No, Hindy is saying the exact opposite. Which means we have know freakin idea which way this will go other then the Sharks are going to get a damn fine player, at a very decent price, while we get flogged for the next couple of years paying similar money for average players.
I dont think so.
Lets be honest here. Top 3 teams in comp.
Penrith,Souths,Dragons.
At full strength if we played them this year do you give us a chance?
I'd go into the game thinking we where capable of winning. Unlike the Dogs who have been almost full strength we have missed
Hayne,Brown,Gutherson,Mannah,Kaysa
T rex, Taka for a lot of the year. 7 important players.
Add Edwards,Norman,Bevan and now Tepai,Moses. Have we been able to pick the same side twice?
Saints did 6 or 7 weeks straight.
Two more years??? He’ll be a complete cheeseburger by then.Jennings meanwhile is yet to make a call on the two-year option in his favour to remain at Parramatta.

Pretty confident it's only a one-year option. The author seems to think he's only in his second year with us.Jennings meanwhile is yet to make a call on the two-year option in his favour to remain at Parramatta.
