Agree on offloading Mennings and French but a bit harsh on gutho. He is the heart and soul of this team and his effort and enthusiasm alone keeps him in my team. He is a more than capable centre and can cover fullback or the halves at a pinch. He is also our captain so must have a positive influence on his team mates.

I agree with @rugby league fan about Gutho. He brings enthusiasm and is always pushing up, but doesn’t have a money ball and cant kick in general play very well.

He’s my first picked using the Jack Gibson “pick your best 13 and then find positions for them” mantra, but he’s not really a superstar in any position.

Possibly, but I think the fact he has played 4 positions since we recruited him has hampered his development. I really think we need to decide on his best position long term and stick with it.

Possibly, but I think the fact he has played 4 positions since we recruited him has hampered his development. I really think we need to decide on his best position long term and stick with it.

Plus that knee injury didn't help when he was killing it at the back for us. I reckon he could turn into a top quality centre. One things for sure as Gronky has said he'd still be my first picked each week no matter where he plays.

Another couple rumours swirling around Parra atm. Apparently John Cartwright in frame to become assistant coach. Actually would like that appointment, always liked the way Titans attacked when he was coach.

Yes so we'll swap Norman for Austin (replace him with an even worse player) and release Moses to Broncos and let French go, sounds like a BA master stroke. Already Lane on the BA bus to Parra Leagues Club, pity it didn't stop at Taupau's house along the way, but this is BAs rebuilding master stroke.
Really think French can actually become a good fullback with right forwards and a decent game plan as its not working for him atm.

Don't wish for something that will come back to bite you big time. Don't think Norman is the problem but our stale state of play is. Its what we don't do in the opposition's 20 that's the problem.
