1- Not over spend on a guy like Oates.

2 - Develop some juniors. Look at Niaukore. If reports Tepai are on 500k+ are true then here is a kid who already looks as good.

3 -Stick with the same spine.

No. Players stay in Brisbane for unders, especially compared to moving interstate. Why does another team have to be paying overs or unders? Why can't it be at market? Realistically the whole overs/unders shit a) can only really be determined after the player actually sees out his contract & b) is brought up by merkins making way too many assumptions in an uneven market
