The article doesn't say that anyone is a done deal. It says we have OFFERED Luke a 2 year deal with a 3rd year option. And regarding Tapau it says IF manly release him we may offer him a contract.

Disagree. Luke for 2 years with the way he is playing now and bringing Mahoney through would be perfect imo.
