Technically we only have one half (Moses) who if injured could be replaced by Brown before 30 June. NRL couldn't possibly knock him back, and wouldn't especially if he played for Roosters, Storm or Broncos.

Well did they? I mean Hunt blew the game vs Souths and that was without their two best players in Widdop and Vaughn. Had they stayed fit I reckon they win the 2018 title.
I mean how would of the Rooster went without say Cronk and CORDNER?

The fact that Salmon, Gutherson and Will Smith have all played in the halves for us probably knocks that theory on the head though.

I think realistically if Pritchard is injured we would probably get dispensation to use Mahoney, but if I was running the NRL my first question would be, what kind of squad management decisions are you making when you only have one hooker in it and he is historically your most injury prone player.
