I thought something smelt a little different when I was south of the border but didn't want to say anything.
I do remember one night in particular I was seeing double . I just assumed it was from the physcadelics consumed.
Does Aunt Heather have a purple strap on?
I thought I was hallucinating but I may of been pegged

Oh no you must of been really fried that night. That would of been my Uncle Harry, Heather is the trans name likes to use. They call him Humongous Harry or Horny Harry, take you pick. That's just one of the tricks they like to play. She must really liked you if she shared you with her brother Harry/Heather. He must of really worked you over if it had turned purple. Consider yourself part of the family now Hindy. You have been Baptised good and proper.

So do you know which of the Aunties you have been playing with the most? Is it Berta who goes by the name Baby Doll or Big Bad or when she's in a real mood Body Bag Berta, or Pandora who goes by the name of Predator, or Zelda, who goes by the name of Madam?

They all like games, but some a little more wicked then others.

BA won't be thinking about blooding too many debutantes or making too many plans for the future. He'll be very conservative and only thinking about 2019. He just wants as many wins on the board as he can in order to save his career. He won't be taking any risks - unfortunately.

Didn’t he just release Corey Norman and is probably planning on playing Dylan Brown in the halves, a bloke who has only a handful of NSWCup games to his name?

If that’s not taking a risk I don’t know what is.

And yet the rumours have started that Sharks may be keen on BA for 2020.

Yeah, I hate it when a coach is focused on getting as many wins as possible...

You know what I mean. He probably wont be willing to experiment too much with an eye on developing for the future. He's bound by the fact that he really needs results immediately in order to secure his own future. Not knocking him for that, it's just the predicament he (and us fans) finds himself in.

Isn’t that the predicament that virtually every NRL coach is in?

OK Eeyore

You obviously dont agree. You think BA will have his heart in experimentation or risk-taking or succession planning, when his own future is on the line and only immediate results will ensure that he gets another contract with Parramatta (or, maybe, anybody)? It would be a big ask of a bloke to sacrifice his own future in order to ensure the ongoing future of the club. Parramatta is in a rebuilding phase right now (particularly with the exit of our most experienced half; inexperience and lack of depth in the hooking position; and the lack of a quality fullback). A new coach in his first year might try a number of combinations and blood new players, and/or persevere with players and combinations because he would have time on his hands. I'm not sure BA has that luxury, which puts him and the club in an unenviable position.

The general consensus is that BA has not delivered and hasn’t been held accountable for our shit performances but now that it appears he will be in 2019 we have a problem with that as well.

F**k me, it must be the off season.

You dont agree that BA is under more pressure this year than previous years? The last year of his contract? Guided the team to last place this year? No pressure? Okay.
