Ben Anderson, Chris’ son played a couple games for Melbourne.

Buhuer or however he spells his name for nsw.

Siro jnr???

Matty Johns? :joy:
My brother used to smash Ben Anderson when he played against him as a kid. He was shithouse.

My brother could play, plenty of pace and used to be play with fellow forum member @Ron Jeremy

Where did your brother play against him? School or weekend/club footy. I played a little against him too.

Found this on the Dragons forum today. It's insulting, but very funny.

It will be even funnier when the Dragons slide from top 4 in april to miss the 8 again

Club.

My brother played for Chester Hill Hornets. Ben played for St Christophers. He also played a trial game against Eric Grothe Jr. Grothe Jr played for Eagle Vale.

Yeah, in his younger days Ben played for twin willows. I believe they’re no longer around. Average player at best.

Then why is he training with the full time squad before he even turns 19? Why did Fittler pick him in his emerging Blues squad while still eligible for SG Ball?

Of course there's a chance he'll never play NRL, but it's stupid to pretend anyone has decided it. So far he is hitting all his milestones early, just like most NRL players did. Most of our Flegg squad (like any squad of under 20s players) will have already been stamped never-to-play-NRL, but there's no chance Schneider is in that boat.

He was 17yld when Fitler picked him. Thats impressive

Fair enough. Have you dropped Mannah altogether? I wouldn't. I don't really see a leader in that pack. Not sure I see a stand out leader in the backs either. Maybe Gutherson.

Terepo and Alvaro are leaders just getting to the age.

I think that with Paulo now back, he will be the one tasked with providing 'punch'. We don't need it from Mannah as well. Agree that Timmy is on his way out, but he will still play a massive role in the team if fit.
All the forwards need to provide punch, not just one, but you can almost guarantee BA will pick him ahead of more worthy prospects. Both Alvaro and Kaufusi have bulked up over the off season to now be around 115kg so big boys. Alvaro is slowly developing a handy offload and Kaufusi I'm sure would have gained confidence from his stint at the end of the season. I'm expecting big things from him. Terepo provides up tempo energy and also developing a handy offload and hopefully Evans comes good. Imo plenty of better prospects so wonder where Mannah will fit in. I only expect him to feature once the inevitable injuries hit, but BA, and you obviously, have other ideas.

You're blaming a centre for the overlap now? I'm surprised you're not blaming the winger. That's what most of you idiots do.

As you full well know Mennings has a bad habit, when under pressure, or just simply out of form, often rushing out of the line missing his target leaving a huge hole for other attackers to exploit.
