Maybe at slightly less, say 650k, as the longer the contract the greater the risk. But whatever, I think in four years time at 700k he'd more likely than not be good value.

He has a great attitude, he's seemingly a good leader, he is super fit...but that's really it.

His acceleration and speed are average.

His passing game is average.

No real threat with kicks.

He's a solid player, but I don't see the need to throw big bucks at him, tbh.

You know i think when you are watching the game live you don't notice him as much but when you watch the replays you forget just how much shit he does and how involved he is and the skill he actually possesses. He is sneaky talented and has vision that you just don't think he has.

I've made it a priority to watch him all game now and realise how much work he is doing on and off the ball and he really is amazing and ridiculously underrated.

He is honestly the type of attitude you want to build a team around .... he does all the right things and can back it up with a fair bit of talent

Well if he had all you mention he'd be perfect and worth $1m+

His fitness and courage allows him to play beyond his skill imo. Regardless, to let Gutho go would be to replace him with someone better. I really would only swap him for Tommy T, Teddy or RTS so for mine he is a priority keep.

He reminds me of a modern day Ray Price that never gives up. His leadership qualities is something our club needs. He makes over 150 metres every game, his pace is underrated and his passing game is improving.

Gutho's actually pretty quick, he just looks so unco when he runs he seems slower than he is.

Yeah so low missed tackles might not mean you've defended well, but high missed tackles definitely mean you fell off a few. Of course, that could also mean a lot of low percentage desperation attempts as you chase merkins hard from the inside.

He also has very good football smarts, even though he's obviously not the sharpest tool in the shed.

I like Gutherson, but I think we can do better at fullback.

He is potentially a great centre, though, imo.

And Guth is certainly not causing us any issues.

Rumour going round that Semi has spoken to Brad Arthur and apologised for how he left the club abruptly and returning late from Fiji a few times. The club is seeing what they can do to move him back to us without His French side losing too much money. Can’t see it being true, mostly because I’ve just made it up.
