... and dislocates his shoulder. It still takes two to tango in the contract dance. Gareth Widdop waves ...
Ohh that’s what he means by “weigh up his options”
Don't forget the 2009 glitch. They definitely rebuild.I know its not a good comparison because of their sombrero, but Sticky, Robbo etc all made the GF in their first years. Apart from that 2016 glitch, the Roosters have never been in a rebuilding phase.

They evolve, dare I say it, like we seem to be starting to do.Yes not a perfect system, but compare them to the Hindy111 Panthers who always seem to be in a rebuilding phase ...
Matterson hasn’t been released yet. Pascoe and Maguire were interviewed this week and said he would only be released if it’s a favorable outcome for the Tigers. I’m guessing a player swap.
How long are you expecting this new second rower to spend on the field with Matterson and Lane on the edges? I’d say the vast majority of games both of those players play 80 minutes or close to it. Taka or Niukore are fine on the bench to cover an injury to either of those players and/or cover 15 minutes if they need a rest.
Recruiting another edge forward on more money than someone like Taka would be a waste of cap space. We may as well re-sign Taka as he can also cover wing, centre and 5/8.
I’d prefer that money to be spent on someone like Isaac Luke to give Mahoney a rest and provide some impact around the ruck.
However, an additional quality prop wouldn’t hurt to replace Alvaro or Evans in the 17.

Pot calling kettle black. We have made final twice in 10yrs and got bundled out in embarrasing fashion both times.
Gee I reckon the tigers wouId love your opinion on contracts, Reynolds, Packer, Mutalino........
While Peachey says hi......
And gee the sharks are having a lot of success finding space for Jesse......
The contract seems more favourable towards players. Take Lyon for instance. He was contracted to play for the eels and walked out. Nothing parra could of done to make him play for them. But there’s no way parra couldn’t of paid him his wages for no wrongdoing.
Nothing embarassing about 2017. We lost narrowly to the two grand finalists.Pot calling kettle black. We have made final twice in 10yrs and got bundled out in embarrasing fashion both times.
We led at halftime of both games. Hardly "never in it".People who argue the way we blew it in 2017 finals wasn't embarrassing need to rewatch that game. Never in it and short priced favourites. Steam rolled.

Lyon couldn’t play in the NRL for a few years because the eels refused to let him break his contract. We forced him to play country footy then go overseas. I am pretty sure that wasn’t Lyon’s preference.......
We could have forced him not to play footy at all, but we were being nice...
