There’s a thread in NRL forum discussing Taumolololololo’s future. If Cows decided they done f**ked up, what would you “spend” to get him here?
And not in fairytale land where contracts aren’t worth the paper they’re written on, you have to take on his remaining 7 years, $1m a year contract, or fairly compensate Cows/JT for not taking on the full contract.

I don't think any club would and this why I think He and the Cowboys might be stuck with each other. He ain't going to want to relinquish any part of the 10 million he's signed for. So if you offered him 5 years (which is still a stretch) you still need to pay him 7 million? Would the Cows be prepared to pay 2 million+ banana's to another club for Lolo to play against them?

Great player, but he is declining, and his defence isn't worth the money he demands.

I can't really see what the criticism is about. Last year he ran for an average of 207m, and his defence is right in line with Junior, RCG and Brown, despite them only running for 155m, 164m and 158m respectively.
