Yeh, but they didn't have them signed up 16 months before the start of their deal. Storm knew JAC was gone in December 2020, but they didn't sign a replacement until May 2021.

Coates is an upgrade, but he wasn't signed in November 2020 when he was officially free to negotiate. He didn't sign until May. Melbourne took their time and did their due diligence. They weren't desperate and we shouldn't be either.

Milford is a downgrade on Reynolds, at least from a market demand point of view.

I was a huge fan of Kikau. But this season I turned off him. He has to many average games.
It's fine in a strong side I guess. But when paying 800k it becomes hard to justify. Atleast with RCG for example you know what you'll get.
