I don't remember. Probably.

That doesn't mean that enquiries weren't being made by the Cowboys prior to his loan spell.

Point is that the fact he went to the Cowboys doesn't necessarily mean the Shakes didn't want to keep him.

I'd wager the reason the Warriors didn't keep him is because Payten was desperate for a leader in his team, and paid decent coin - which the Warriors were not keen to match.

Plus the Warriors wanted to spend their marquee money on Shaun Johnson, who is (was?) one of the best playmakers in the game.

Chad doesn't have to be a flashy half back unlike with Moses at the Eels.

Chad has alot of players around him that can win games he just has to pass it to them and kick. His game is pretty simple that's the same as Moses but there is that expectation with Moses that it all begins and Ends with him.

Plus Shane Perry has a premiership as a halfback so Premiership don't mean much when comparing players

Do you ever feel energy? Like so me players have that winning energy. Forget skills. I see Cleary and he has winner energy. Dylan Brown I reckon has it also. Moses just doesn't.
Even when I watch NFL some Qbs just have winner energy. I feel like Brady is not as gifted as many but just has that energy. While Rodgers doesn't.
Some players have a presence about them. Like Latrell.
Cobbo seems to also. Just this winning feel about them like something good will happen.

I totally agree with you.

Tom Brady is the least special quarterback I've ever seen, in terms of his mechanics - but his willpower, leadership, and temperanent under pressure were second to none.

Moses is arguably the most skilful halfback on the comp - but he just doesn't have composure, or a winner's energy, imo.

I’d argue he absolutely does. His kicking game alone has single handedly won us many games. He’s the single biggest influence on our team.

But he influences the team alot more than what Chad does at Cowboys.
