We also need to sort this N.Brown mess out cause we need his experience come finals. The fact he didn't play last night while JA didnsays it's more then form

Maybe there is actually a method to what BA is doing with Nrown (and Makatoa, Rodwell and JA).
If we get to the finals and get an injury, we don't need inexperienced players thrown in.

Nrown doesnt need experience in the NRL, he has played 137 games, including 8 finals.
Makatoa has played 21 (1 final).
Rodwell has played 5 games.
Jake Arthur has played 11 games.

Giving these 3 more game time in the games where we should win, is only giving them more experience should we need it come finals time.

I think we need to look at Simmonsons position firstly.
Does Russel or Cini offer more? Would Blake be better with Opacic at centre? I think he has had a few good games but overall don't rate him. Just doesn't offer anything in attack. Our style of play means two big strong wingers is what's needed.

Simonsson is a nightmare. I totally agree with you there. And to think some people wanted Sivo gone is beyond a joke. Either Cini or Russell would do a better job than that sideways running unco.

You would have to assume the dicking around with Nrown is aimed at freeing up his $s next year .... might that be handy if Papa can backflip? .... Nrown seems broken physically to me. He seems to be struggling every run. His value isnt what it used to be, though i dont think he is worse than Maka and is still good for a bit of angry merkin occaisionally ... might be harsh to be analing him but might be wise for next year???

Does he offer anything this year? If yes then we play him. We have a chance of going deep in finals. Need best 17

Sure brown wasn't good in that instance, but when JA starts playing like Brown especially in defense, then no one would single him out.

The problem is he has to many moments that he and we would rather forget, because he isn't up to it at this level at present if he ever will be.

His dad has to look after him not bring him in underdone. How is that fair to anyone? OK he experimented and now everyone can see that he isn't ready, but daddy keeps on persisting. I hate having to say this about a young kid and his father, but there is nothing else to say if you are being fair dinkum. How on earth can BA justify having an teenage specialist half that isn't a super talent with extraordinary skills repeatedly be promoted into the top grade when very rarely does anyone carry a specialist half that can't play anywhere else over other more versatile utility type players that have shown to be better suited to the 14 jumper is a real head scratcher to say the least.

He needs to give his son a better go of it. Doing what he is doing is hurting him way more then giving him a leg up or any real benefit. All it is doing is fueling the cries of nepotism and resentment towards the kid(unjustly) and him. The kid doesn't deserve this. He needs to be given the chance to stand on his own two feet.
