Precisely. You can’t even mount a reasonable argument the risk of moving on from BA or a lot of players is less than unknown risk of whoever would replace them. By itself, that’s not good, but when you add in results trend, the calculations of us even just sustaining our current success is diminished.

We haven't been outside the Top 8 at any stage over the last 3 seasons. Why would teams take us lightly?
You have to ask how we pick a bloke in round 1. He scores 3 tries in 40 minutes, gets injured and is out for 2 months, and then isn't remotely considered after being back for a couple of months.
Well some clubs have better players and some have better coaches than us. It doesn’t mean I’m blaming them.
I think every group of players deserve criticism of their attitude at times. Nobody can be up every week. I think we also lack leadership in the playing group. Again, that’s not a criticism of the leaders we do have any more than it’s a criticism of our fastest players to say that we’re quite slow as a team.

But the difference between you and most of us here is that you don’t want to do anything about it. We’ve had turnover of players and we’re still no closer to a premiership. It’s time to go in another direction with our coach (as well as the player turnover we’re already going to have next year and future years).
