Well the Club should have just said we won't play there then. We can play our home games anywhere we like, if we don't like the opponent they want us to play there, then we can easily convert the game back to Sydney. If it happens again, this should be the approach.

And yes, I agree, a coach of 9 years should know when something in his plan isnt working and send out revised instructions. Buggered if I know why BA doesnt/didnt. Maybe its like you say and he would rather give his son more time in the spotlight then win the game.

It doesn't prove we shouldn't be minor premiers but it does prove we are underachieving with this coach yet again. The only other team who has beaten them is Melbun and this when when they had 3 quarters of their spine out and their best forward.

I feel we are a better side then Canberra just. Looking at the ladder we are probably sitting close to where we should be 7th/8th.
Big 3 weeks coming up. It's impossible to predict what happens the last 3 games cause I can see us winning 3 of them or losing 3. Hard to know.
We are lucky Cleary was sent. If we lost that one we'd be really treading water. Why people want to suggest after 15mins and 12-4 it was game over is beyond me.

If we finish in the bottom 4 in the top 8 we are likely to play

Storm,Roosters, Brisbane,Souths

Penrith,Sharks and Cowboys should all remain top 4. Brisbane,Souths or Storm will pinch the last spot you'd think.

So who would we beat of those 4? I'd only give us a chance against Brisbne home or away or Storm if we finished 6th and where at home. Away I dont hold much hope.
Probably best would be if Roosters loose 2/3 and Canberra finish 8th and we get 5th spot. Highly unlikely but possible.

Most my simulations have us playing the Storm either home or away pending where finish or Brisbane.

The issue with this mob is that they're a week to week team, who's mentality changes considerably from week to week. I felt we were heading for victory against the Panthers though, the mentality was on. You could tell from the opening kick off against Souths, the mentality was off from the outset.

For mine there appears to be 'unknown triggers', in both directions, that make us play the way we do. Our coaching staff is not going to come up with some sort of amazing tactics to make us perform better over the next few weeks, because they're tactically inept themselves and not capable of solving any tactical deficiencies we might have. I would do away with at least half the time on the training paddock that we've been doing, because it's clearly making no difference, and I'd be engaging some high powered sports psychologist specialists now. I'm sure the guy we have on board is helping, but we need the best....We need an entire team of specialists in this field.

The only thing that can be rectified in this mob between now and the rest of the season is mentality, it's too f**ken late to work on anything else.
