TBH I haven't noticed mate, I don't bother reading that thread, there's enough of that discussion throughout the forum without having to subject my senses to any more.

Edit/ What I mean to say is if you don't like the smell of garbage, why visit the dump?

Happy Fathers Day to all the Dads within our Eels Family.
Im sure we all have wonderful Eels memories with our Dad. Mine is running around the Cumberland Oval outer ground, blankets under arms, racing to secure a spot for the family in the Grandstand.
Lets win the whole damn thing this year for all those Dads no longer with us who encouraged our Eels passion.

Depends on the approach really doesn't it. And or the reasons. Like I said, there's room for criticism, that's self evident as we are far from perfect.

I'd call it that if nothing but the actual result was considered, and any success thus far was ignored. Like something along the lines of setting making the GF or winning the Premiership as the only benchmark to performance and or success, regardless of any other factor.

I reckon right now given our circumstances, which are pretty positive, if nothing changes, then not making the prelim would be underperforming, and the club as a whole would need to be questioned about our direction moving forward, and that includes all our coaching staff, and particularly BA, but not only our coaching staff, and most certainly not specifically BA.

Yes I am sick of the JA bashing. But to be fair it's kind of warranted. He just shouldn't be there at all.

My annoyany is there have been players in the squad that have been playing worse than JA they get a few posts maybe but the JA bashing is ridiculous.
He was getting bashed after the first game of the season for being on the bench just because he put in a better offseason than the rest of the team.

To be perfectly honest, I have lost a lot of passion for them in the last few years. I'm not sure why - maybe it's having a toddler that keeps me busy, maybe it's that I feel we can't be trusted to play big games, maybe it's the state of my mental health... I don't know.

I had forgotten we were playing Melbourne on Thursday; at 10pm, I remembered, and checked the score, and was happy. I was out of Sydney on Thursday, but in years gone by, I would have Kayo'd the game at any cost; this time, I forgot we were even playing.

I'm not sure why my passion for the Eels has waned
