He had two other interested parties, but if we were willing to match rival offers we would have done it weeks ago. This latest article by Chammas is leaked by the Tigers, so is intended to suit their narrative. Suddenly they were only offering an extra $200k over the same duration as Parra? It doesn't make sense. All the kerfuffle a week ago was over the extra year on offer at Wests. That's the only thing that would sway Moses to leave, and they would have known it. This Chammas article is Tigers sour grapes, nothing more. We know Parra doesn't pay overs because we have a good team. Now if only we could get a few more merkins on unders we could compete with Penrith, Melbourne and the Roosters.
It will be interesting when we extend hopgood.

He so far looks the deal and could be the same as paps so probably before soo

If he makes soo, his value will probably go up. But i guess we have the advantage of upgrading him for next year whereas other clubs can't

Well many religious people don't beleive in dinosaurs. But I think most do believe that GAYS exist.
I was being facetious. Just saying while Suaalii could be a poor influence, so could Cobbo & Koula.

Koula would be great but if Waqa left

But the media reported they offered 5 years?

Actually, there is a caveat, that could explain the 4/5 year thing. Tigers only offered him a contract for 4 years from 2024, but at the same stage (when they thought their offer was $300Kpa more than Parra and feeling good about themselves) Tigers and Moses were talking about 2023. That could be the 5th year.

I do know for a fact from the best source (what you do with it is up to you) that Tigers offer was 4 years from 2024. I know for a fact that Sheen was investigating Moses for 2023. The rest is speculation on my part.

We should be a stronger team than Melbourne this season.

Do we believe the media or not? I vote not. They are all speculators. We know we don't pay overs because we have a much stronger squad than back when we did pay overs. It's also stronger than other clubs that pay overs, such as Wests and Canterbury. I obviously don't know the facts, but if they're not paying overs why are they so shit?

Pfft @Tiger5150 knows for a fact the media made up the 5 year Tigers offer, but they definitely didn’t make up the $1.25m/year Eels offer
