Watching all the games over the weekend Moses is well behind a few of the halves that gat paid less than what he wants.

If you’re only watching the games over this weekend, whichever halves played against Melbourne would almost certainly have had a rougher time than the ones who played against weaker defensive teams. Not saying Moses (or Drown) were good but get some perspective.

I would be happy if the club chased Suallliii moved Gutho to 5/8 and Brown to half and then put our hopes in the 3 Juniors in a few years..

I think suualli contract negotiations would be much worse.

Option each year is crazy and they have an alpha in uncle Nick

Sure but it's just one game and their opponents might've had an off night. Ilias had two LBAs ffs. Does this mean he will have 30 by the end of the year? Thursday's game wasn't representative of Moses any more than the 2017 semi final in Melbourne where he got an LBA, a TA and missed six tackles.

Burton who is a great player was garbage yesterday. 1/10
Mahoney was a 9/10. Who would I rather?players have off games. Gutheraon was also rubbish Friday and half of last year but when it counted he stepped up. Ill reserve judgement till rmd 10

Mataele and Morretti are the two who I think could do something. Physically they are superior to anyone in our side. Just work rate, desire and errors is what would hold them back.

Watching Morretti I was shocked we see Moimesea as a better prospect. I know who I'd be putting more time into.

And Yates to me looked slow out of hooker and that's in NSW CUP. I am unsure why people think he will be up to NRL level. He does have a big heart I guess.

We don't need wholesale changes.

If Sivo try wasn't called forward which it wasn't there is 4-6 points. Add Moses missed conversion 2 points. That's 8.

Lumelume also had a chance to score. Imo Sivo or Waqa finish that. Russel or Simmonson 50/50. He got his body all wrong. Another possible 4-6 points.
Then throw in the fact he missed a tackle. Not an easy tackle but he didn't even slow him down. Had he then Penisini most likely stops him. And ultimately the dropped ball that lead to the try. That's 12 points. He made one good run of 15mtrs. But a total of 65mtrs. Unsure why people loved his game. He was gash.

If we get fit we have Lane,Matto on the bench. I hope we don't see Moimesea or Makatoa a lot this season.

Munster kept running and prevented Penisini helping out in cover. Straight out blocked him. Munster always pushes the envelope and generally gets away with it.

It was obvious long before Thursday night.

But also, whatever Moses costs us, I’m sure Munster would cost more to bring to our club. Likewise, whatever the Storm are paying Munster (on the cap) I don’t doubt they would never offer more than that to Moses, or probably any other half. They let heaps of good players go and that is part of what allows them to stay strong year after year.

100% Morretti ran hard and has a high work rate. Looked way better then Jirah. Looks bigger then last year.

I think a lot of people are now less worried if Moses leaves. Munster showed him how to ice a close game.
Watching Tryndal play as a back up half in a new team for maybe 25% of what Moses is on shows that we could fill in for a year or so with an out of favour half, strengthen other positions and wait for a junior to come through but also monitoring the market for up and coming halves.
It doesnt mean we are stuck with JA.

I don’t understand Morretti Hindy. I was really excited when we signed him. Maybe he’s on e of those blokes who doesn’t kick on from schoolboy level. It’s a pity, his reels looked awesome

Ive seen him in a few games on NSWRLTV and he is always a standout. Hands was really disappointing yesterday. Looked clueless in the halves.
