He may be losing respect of the media but he never respected the media. I think the only interviews he gave more than a few words answer to was Sterlo both on television and on the radio. Anyway, sports media is scum and should be treated as such.

Cronk/Thurston probably only have a year or so left.

Morgan / Milford will probably never be the sole half for a rep side, Norman is more of "half" then both of them.

As for Carney, he said on the radio he's still sorting stuff with the NRL to allow him to play. Have no idea if he's still any good.

Nah we don't need him. He'd be overpriced for what we need, and imo we already get what he brings to the table in the form of Gutherson. Sure Gutho doesn't have the experience that Hunt does playing in the halves, or first grade for that, but he also doesn't have the 700-800k price tag that comes along with Hunt.

I reckon any established NRL halfback is going to cost about that. I also reckon Hunt is very underrated. I also reckon Gutherson is very overrated as a half. Very good centre, though.
